Fertile lateral branching systems six times dichotomous, with last axis segments bearing one pair of sporangia. Sporangia fusiform, pendulous and twisted anticlockwise from bottom to top around each other in each pair; tip of the sporangium acute, sometimes beak-like. Spores and anatomy unknown.
