- Fossil leaf blades with midribs and basal ribs; midrib and marginal veins multistranded; lateral ribs producing submarginal collective veins; parallel secondary veins colocasioid, emerging excurrently from the midvein and from both sides of the lateral ribs, forming sinuous collective parallel interprimary veins in the medial halves of the costae while arching exmedially and reaching the submarginal collective decurrent vein in the exmedial part of the costae; reticulate secondary venation mixed opposite / alternate percurrent; higher-order venation reticulate.
