Diagnosis
Two elongate-cylindrical male spikelike strobiles (microsporangiate axes), which with two invisible peduncles borne within a cupular bract of swollen node on cauliflorous branch. Male strobiles with many nodes and invisible internodes, and numerous verticillate annular involucral collars, which formed by the fusion of verticillate bracts on nodes of spike, involucral collars close arrangement, margin entire or somewhat undulation. Microsporangiate units (sessile male “flowers”) within involucral collars indiscernible, their number and arrangement unknown (probably one row or two in arrangement).
