- Permineralized rhizomes with attached frond
bases; cauline vasculature of amphicribal meristeles forming a
dictyostele, with gaps product of the divergence of the root
traces. Frond trace C shaped, consisting of two hippocampiform
bundles flanking eight to ten small round bundles, half of
them diverging from cauline meristeles and the rest from the
hippocampiform bundles. Frond bases with an adaxial groove
and a pair of lateral pneumatophores.
