- Diffuse porous wood, distinct growth rings,
marginal parenchyma; solitary, multiple radials, and few clusters of
vessel elements, perforation plate simple, intervascular pits oval and
alternate, ray-vessel element pits opposite; vasicentric tracheids,
opposite pits; septate and non septate libriform fibres; biseriated
mainly homogeneous rays; vasicentric and diffuse parenchyma; oil
cells.
