Diagnosis
Bilobed, ovate to elliptic leaves with truncate to lobate base, petiole with undivided upper pulvinus, mucronate apex, entire margin, palmate (actinodromous) primary venation, brochydodromous secondary venation, 6-7 principal veins, 3-5 alternate intersecondary veins diverge from the midprincipal vein, tertiary veins with sinuous pattern forming a random reticulum, pentagonal, quadrangular and triangular randomly arranged areoles, with up to twice rami¢ed veinlets.
