- Diagnosis
- Leave ovate or rhomboidal in shape, 4 5 cm long, 2,4 cm wide, sometimes 6x3,5 cm, apex acute, base broadly cuneate, decurrent, margin double dentate from the lower third or quarter of the blade, with acute teeth and one pair of sharp lobes at the middle part of the blade. Venation pinnate craspedodromous, secondaries in 3-4 pairs, straight, subopposite or slightly alternate, divergate from the midvein at angles of 30-40°, give off several branches to marginal teeth. Tertiaries thin, make up angular anastomoses in direct to sinuses.
