Diagnosis
Cylindrical strobili up to 40 mm long, 10–14 mm wide. Cone axis slender, 0,8–1,2 mm wide. Sporophylls arranged to cone axis in dense spiral. Pedicels nearly perpendicular to the axis in the cone base and at 60–75° angles in middle part and in the cone apex. Pedicels with a keel, 2–4 mm long, distally extended, up to 2 mm wide. Distal laminae triangular, acutely induplicate to cone axis, 3,5–7 mm long, 1–2 mm wide at the bases. Sporangia rounded, ovate, 2–3 mm long, up to 0,8–1,5 mm wide. Microspores triangular ovate in outlines, cavate, cingulizonate. Spore diameter 29–36 (average 32) μm. Laesura length 2/3–3/4 of spore radius. Cingulum 1,5–2,8 (average 2) μm wide. Spore zone 3 μm long on average, wide, perforated. Distal surface of central body microgranulate, microverrucate. Proximal surface microgranulate, microspinate. Spore couture irregular.
