Diagnosis
Fronds bipinnate. Rachis thin, striated. Pinnae subopposite, arising from the rachis at angle 50-60°, linear-lanceolate, tapering in apical direction, up to 12 cm long and up to 2,5 cm wide. Pinnules alternate or subopposite, arising from the rachis at angle 40-50°, linear-lanceolate, with acute, sometimes attenuate apex and dentate margin, 1-2 cm long, gradually reduced in sizes toward pinna apex and fused there in the bases. Pinnule base sessile, decurrent or slightly contracted from basiscopic side and slightly contracted or straight from acroscopic side. Basal pinnule from basiscopic side of pinnae recurrent to the frond rachis. There are additional triangular pinnules on the frond rachis between pinnae. Near the frond apex pinna and pinnules usually fused in the bases. Venation pinnate, lateral veins simple or forked 1- 2 times. Lateral basal veins from basiscopic side of pinnule arising from the rachis of pinna.
