Leaf linear, entire margined, or with irregularly spaced teeth at the apical end. Cuticle thick, stomates superficially placed. Large diameter trichome bases associated with up to at least eight epidermal cells on the adaxial surface. Subsidiary cells and adaxial surface striated.
