- Axial shoots with helically arranged fl at linear or scale-shaped leaves, varying in size from
2 to 5 mm. Ultimate branchlets with linear or linear-lanceolate leaves, arranging distichously, 2—16 mm in
length and 1—1,5 mm in weight. Leaf apex acute, broadly triangular or rounded with sharp point. Branches
often with small scales in the base.
