- Diagnosis
- Leaves small, ovate in outline with a stout petiole, a broad ultimately decurrent base, and acute tip. Margin with serrulations widely spaced by interspersed shallow-curved sinuses. Length, about 2.5 centimeters;
maximum width, about 1.7 centimeters. Midvein relatively stout. Secondaries, about 5 pairs, diverging from the midvein at angles of about 45°, irregularly spaced, camptodrome.
