- Ovate-ovale endocarps 9.9-
14.9 mm long (x=11.3 mm, s= 1.2 mm) and
6.6-9.4 mm wide (x=7.8 mm, s=0.7 mm),
(n=150, N=229). Bicarpellate, one carpel more or less obliterated. Bulged ventral-side
divided by a peripheral sulcus from the more
flattened dorsal side. The relatively wide
sulcus accomodates a row of deep groves.
4-6 longitudinally arranged ribs are on the
surface. Basal end rounded, terminal end
acute.
