- Diagnosis
- Sporangia ovoid, averaging .40 mm. in length and .30 mm. in diameter. Largest cells of the annulus averaging 70 X 40 µ in transverse dimensions. Spores radial, trilete, axially flattened, with rounded corners and concave sides, 10 µ in axial dimensions and 23 µ between corners; spore walls smooth, with faint triradiate ridges.
