- Diagnosis
- Shoots pinnately branched. The ultimate branchlets flattened, linear, reaching a length 3—5 cm and a width 10—13 mm, and bearing distichously alternately arranged leaves. Leaves linear to narrow elliptic, 5—12 in length and 2—3 in width, with rounded apex and sessile, decurrent base, irregularly spaced along axis; angle of attachment 60—80°. Leaf texture thick, leatherlike. Midrib and two stomatal bands well marked.
