- Diagnosis
- Isolated ovuliferous complex, clavate–spatulate, and rhomboidal in face view. Each ovuliferous complex with 2 thickened portions, flanking a thinner medial region. Vascular tissue forming two rows of isolated traces; adaxial vascular traces supplying the seeds; abaxial row with 5 vascular traces, proximally accompanied by resin canals. A single vascular trace extends to the apex of the complex. Three to four seeds anatropous inserted adaxially, forming a triangular arrangement. Seeds cylindrical, with two small lateral, integumentary wings.
