- Diagnosis
- Leaves small, linear, sparsely and finely serrate. Multiseriate adaxial hypodermis of
elongate sclerenchyma cells, 1–2 seriate abaxial hypodermis of short, scarcely thickened cells
arranged tangentially around stomata to form a reticulum. Epidermal cells almost
isodiametric, less than half the length of the subsidiary cells, stomata scarcely longer than
broad.
