Diagnosis
Sporophylls spatulate, >11 mm long (exclusive apical process) and up to 12.5 mm wide, with sturdy, abaxially protruding midrib (= vein) and prominent elongate-triangular or linear apical process; process as long or longer than lamina; distal portion of lamina crescentshaped, wider than proximal portion; proximal lamina portion tapering towards basis; epidermal cells rectangular to quadratic, arranged in irregular rows; stomata scattered, (4–)5–6 subsidiary cells; sporangium adaxial, narrow triangulate; microspores monolete.
