- Diagnosis
- Seed flat, nucellus obovate, 10 mm long by 4.5 mm wide. Outer seed coat thin, covered with long, thin hairs about 3-4 mm long; outer seed coat becoming thicker and elongate toward apex to form a pair of plier-like structure with each branch about 15 mm long by 2.5 mm wide. Base of seed with a 2-mm wide pedicel.
