Diagnosis
Fronds tripinnate and at least 10 cm long with a main rachis 4 mm broad. Synangia as much as 2 mml ong,b ornet erminallyo n sharplyc urved stalks1 to 2 mml ong; the pinnulesm ay dichotomizea nd bear two synangia. Synangium consists of 4 sporangia arranged oppositely; each sporangium contains4 00 to 500 spores. Spores subeircular,t hinwalled,f inelyg ranulate with a well-developedt rilete mark extending two-thirdso r niore of the radius, ranging in size from 40 u to 65 u with an average of about 55 u.
