Diagnosis
Endocarp elliptical with reticulate pattern of sharp, thin, and sinuous ridges, which delimit about 16–17 polygonal areoles on each lateral face with few or no freely ending ridgelets. Endocarp possessing a symmetrical pair of horn-like protrusions compressed on the keel, positioned eccentrically and subapically. Endocarp wall 0.22–0.24 mm thick and 0.35–0.39 mm thick with ridges. Inner endocarp surface densely covered with regularly spaced and sessile, rounded papillae. Length of endocarp: 4.65–5.3 mm; width about 3.66 mm.
