- Diagnosis
- Female racemose fructifi cations at least 6 cm in length and 3 to 4 cm in width. The main
axis bears at least 10 peltoids arranged in a spiral. Ovuliferous discs 10—15 mm in diameter divided into
15—20 sectors by the groves radiating from the central depression. Margins of the discs are lobed, lobes
often being turned down to the lower side. Seed scars are round, 0,5—1,0 mm in diameter. The distances
between the centers of the seed scars are about 1—2 mm.
