Diagnosis
Leaflets nanophyll, narrow oblong to lorate, slightly asymmetrical; apex and base acute, margin entire; petiolule with pulvinule. Trichome bases present. Brochidodromous venation. Three to seven pairs of alternate to subopposite secondary veins, angles of divergence narrowly acute to moderate acute, variable between lower and upper secondary veins, and also between both hemilaminas. Usually one hemilamina with fewer veins than the other and basal intercostal space bigger exceeding half of the lámina, with composite intersecondary vein. Tertiary ramified percurrent venation. Ultimate marginal venation looped.
