Diagnosis
Erect plant with naked isotomously branching axes, 0.3-1.1 mm wide, at least 31 mm high; branching angle ranging from 30 to 70°; each ultimate axis terminated in a sporangium, plate-shaped or bowl-shaped at its top, 0.9-3.3 mm in diameter and approximately 1.0-3.0 mm in height; ultimate axis widening often considerably beneath the sporangium; axis/sporangium transition gradual; sporangium more or less completely sunken within the axis and not projecting beyond it. Spores and anatomy unknown.
