Leaves large subpeltate with the long flexible petiole. Leaf-blade broadly cordate or subcordate, margin undulate or incipiently lobate with prominent cuspidate teeth, apex as a marginal tooth. Venation palmate-pinnate with few widely spaced laterals running to the marginal teeth. Basal laterals strong, branching both basiscopically and acroscopically, the macroscopic branch running parallel to the next lateral. Weak distal branches looping along the margin. Tertiary veins broadly arching, scalariform, seldom branched. Stomata anomocytic. Trichome bases with up to 12 radial cells.
