- Diagnosis
- Branches thick, stout, with helically arranged flat, linear leaves, 11—17 mm long and 0,7—1,2 mm wide with an acute apex. Base sessile, contracted in the short petiole, and decurrent along the branch. Leaf
traces rhomboid with conducting bundle in the upper part. Leaves widely spaced, diverging from the shoot at
angle 40—50°. Ultimate branches have terminal small oval buds and bud scales near their extended bases.
Older branches sometimes have lateral buds.
