- Diagnosis
- Leaves simple, ovate or broadly elliptic, varying in length from 12 to 14 cm; apex acute, base rounded to weakly cordate, margin dentate to undulating. Teeth coarse, widely spaced with rounded apexes and sinuses. Venation palmate-pinnate, craspedodromous, secondaries 7—8 in number, straight or slightly curved, regularly spaced, basal with 5—6 basiscopic branches. Tertiary veins percurrent, irregularly parallel, approximately at right-angles to the secondaries.
