- Spores monolete, bilateral; circular to subcircular in transverse plane; 19 to 30 microns in mean diameter, average approximately 24 microns; surface of spore densely anld minutely punctate; exine slightly thickened and opaque; suture extends from one-half to two-thirds the diameter of the spore, lips not prominent.
