- Diagnosis
- Leaves 4 mm wide with 7–9 veins.
Leaf apex acute. Resin ducts alternate with the veins.
Epidermis hypostomous. Lower cuticle thicker than the
upper one, with 5–7 intercostal stomatal bands. Cuticle
of stomatal bands ornamented with undulate ledges
converging over stomatal pits. Stomata longitudinally
orientated, incomplete amphicyclic, seldom monocyclic. Subsidiary cells 4–7, with small bluntly pointed
papillae overhanging the aperture.
