Diagnosis
Stems up to 152mm long and 45–78mm wide, with adventitious roots departing at 60–90. Primary branches up to 83mm long and 26–48mm wide; secondary branches up to 65mm long and 10–40mm wide; and tertiary branches 88–65mm long and 04–16mm wide. Basal pinnules 26–48mm long and 28–48mm wide and uneven at margin. Lateral pinnules of tertiary branches 28–14mm long and 23–92mm wide, with number of lobes decreasing acropetally. Terminal pinnules 15–26mm long and 28–38mm wide. Fertile organs pendulous, 75–16mm long and 12–228mm wide; axes comprising fertile organs 01–05 mm wide. Sporangia 27–38 mm long and 04–07 mm wide.
