Diagnosis
Oogonium broadly-ellipsoid, terete, slightly truncate at the extremities, about 750 m. long, 650-675 m. thick. Spiral-cells convex, showing 12-13 convolutions, the apices somewhat swollen. Basal orifice relatively small, about 60 m. across.
