Diagnosis
Shoots unbranched, internode cross section angled, 1–1.7 mm long × 0.7–0.8 mm wide. Bracts squamate, widely obtrullate, dentate margins, acuminate apices, decussate, rounded nonfused bases, 0.7–0.9 mm long × 1.1–1.3 mm wide. Fruits 5–7 per node, elliptic, 0.3–0.8 mm wide, two distinct zones absent, surface smooth.
