Diagnosis
Seed-bearing organs consist of planate foliar systems (ovuliphores) having distal lobe-shaped extensions. Seed scars corresponding to places of seed attachment disposed on abaxial surface of extensions in their apical parts. Leaves of morphological types Sphenobaiera, Baiera, and Mauerites.
