- Fronds at least tripinnate. Secondary pinnae
bearing sessile pinnules. Fertile pinnules with one sorus
exindusiate or having hemiteloid indusium. Sori near the
base of the pinnules and containing at least 32 stalked
sporangia with annulus vertical and bearing at least 16
subtriangular spores per sporangium. Spores trilete,
subtriangular,with exine laevigate to scattered foveolate.
