- Diagnosis
- Leaves 16–25 mm long, 2–3.5 mm wide. Cells of adaxial epidermis elongated or short, quadrangular; anticlinal walls straight, periclinal ones smooth or with cuticular ridges. 1–3 stomatal bands in the stomatal zone. Ordinary cells within the stomatal zone elongated or short, quadrangular, rarely isodia metric, often with cuticular ridges. Subsidiary cells with a small proximal papillae.
