- Diagnosis
- Fruits loculicidal capsules of 6 and 7 valves. Elliptical in lateral view and rounded-hexagonal or heptagonal in transverse view, ca 21 mm high and 22 mm in equatorial diameter. Each valve ca 21 mm high and 8–10 mm wide, smooth or slightly wrinkled externally, with a prominent placental band 5–7 mm wide on the ventral side, dotted with longitudinally elongate seed attachment scars.
