Diagnosis
Megaspore complexes small, 0,35—0,45 mm long. Supraspore approximately as high as the infraspore or more often distinctly shorter. Basic fl oats 9. Lower fl oats 1,5—2 times smaller than the upper ones. Cap partially or almost completely covering the supraspore. Columella present. Collar narrow. Suprafi losum moderately developed. Infraspore surface fi nely granulate, with fused grains on various levels united into a more or less pronounced coral-like structure forming a fi nely pitted pattern, and with occasional, often large, outgrowths formed by merging and vertical enlargement of adjacent grains. Infrafilosum absent.
