Diagnosis
Leaflets from ovate to rounded, lobed; 60 x 40 mm to 110 x 80 mm. Pinnate venation; particularly developed is a pair of lateral veins second from the base, going out from midrib near the base; going out below them are fainter basal veins. Lateral veins and some tertiary veins run into apices of main and subsidiary lobes. Coming to sinuses bordered by a fimbrial vein are branches of lateral veins or branches from the lower-lying veins fuse with the fimbrial one slightly above the sinus bottom. The quaternary veins form relatively large polygonal cells. Particularly developed is the basal pair of lobes complicated from the lower side by subsidiary, smaller lobes (up to 3-4 pairs); in higher-lying lobes there is occasionally observed at the lower side a small, teeth-like lobe. Apices of lobes and leaflets are rounded, blunted, truncate or faintly notched, occasionally triangularly-attenuated, with points of going-out veins. Leaflet (?) base is truncate or faintly wedge-shaped.
