- Diagnosis
- Androecium deeply lobed (more than half its length); lobes approximately equal in length or central lobes slightly longer. Pollen sacs extending for the full length of each lobe except for a short apical extension of the connective.
Pollen spherical, spiraperturate, semi-tectate, reticulate; reticulum with lumina of two distinct sizes.
