Diagnosis
Foliage branches spread in flattened sprays. Leaves scalelike, dimorphic, decussate and almost in whorls of four. Facial leaves oblanceolate with obtuse apex. Lateral leaves boat-shaped with acute apex, overlapping margins of facial leaves, almost as long as or slightly longer than facial leaves. Epidermal cells mostly quadrangular, rectangular and elongate rectangular; hypostomatic; stomata cyclocytic, elliptical. Many papillae present around stomata.
