- Cone bearing branch at least 4.8 mm long, 3 mm wide. Primary xylem tracheids of branch and cone axes with helical secondary wall thickenings; secondary xylem with uniseriate, circular-bordered pits. Subtending leaves, triangular in transverse section, adaxially flattened, 1.2–1.3 mm long, 0.9–1.2 mm wide, 0.3 mm thick, with decurrent bases and one large central resin canal. Cones subglobose, 1.6–1.8 mm long, 1.4–1.6 mm wide; bearing about seven helically arranged, peltate microsporophylls. Sporophylls 0.6–0.8 mm long; peltate head 0.8 mm high, 1.1 mm wide. Pollen sacs widely separated, abaxially attached. Walls of pollen sacs with prominent equally spaced thickenings. Pollen 16–24 μm in diameter, scabrate, orbiculate, macrogranulate; nexine laminated; aperture 0.54 μm in diameter.
