- Body short and broad; rostrum short; holdfast attached to intima of termite intestine; rostral flagella (only 2 visible) extend slightly over one half body length; axostyle not seen; putative nucleus positioned in upper third of body; parabasal bodies ribbonshaped, haphazardly positioned in area surrounding
nucleus.
