    A new 'type', Danaeites saraepontanus Štúr (in Abh. K. K. Geol. Reichsanst. Wien 11(1): 223. 1 Feb 1885), proposed by Seward (Foss. Pl. 2: 398. 1910), is nomenclaturally incorrect and superfluous.
