- Fertile pinnules pecopteroid, sporangia arranged in relatively short radially symmetrical synangia with elements of bilateral symmetry, formed
by fusion of proximal side of synangium with leaf lamina of fertile pinnule. Synangia arranged in two rows along midvein of fertile pinnule, on its abaxial surface. Spores round, trilete. Rays of trilete scar occupying
two-thirds of spore radius. Sporoderm covered by fine
scabrate ornamentation.
