- Fertile shoot system with helically arranged bract/secondary fertile shoot complexes on primary axis. Secondary fertile shoot with helically arranged scales with fertile scales positioned distally. Primary and secondary axis with parenchymatous pith, eustelic vascular system, and parenchymatous cortex. Ovules and pollen sacs inserted at the apex of the fertile scales. Ovules of the Cardiocarpus type and prepollen of the Florinites type.
