- Leaves large, petiole is quite long, very thick, straight, broadly lanceolate,
wedge-shaped at the base, shortly pointed at the front, with large, blunt, somewhat irregular teeth on the edge, having a symmetrical rounded shape.
Venation pinnate; the primary veinlet very strong and thick, finely thinned at the tip of the leaf; the secondary veins arise at acute angles, numerous,
fine, dissolving into a network of veinlets in front of the leaf edge, the network of veinlets weakly prominent, composed of irregular fields.
