Diagnosis
Petiolate adult leaf, laminar size category microphyll to notophyll, phyllotaxy alternate. Petiole marginal. Lamina linear to lanceolate and symmetrical to strongly falcate, apex acute and straight, base acute and decurrent. Secondary venation camptodromous; major secondary veins in 15–30 pairs terminating in an intramarginal vein. Major secondary veins regularly spaced, angles to midvein smoothly decreasing proximally. Intersecondary veins present or absent, when present, length more than 50% the length of the subjacent secondary and frequency less than one per intercostal area. Intercostal tertiary vein fabric admedially ramifi ed; quaternary vein fabric freely ramifying. Areole development poor to moderate. Island oil glands present, laminar.
