Diagnosis
Pollen grain more or less circular. Tricolpate, colpi short, 3-5 um long, rounded, narrow, interangular, slightly thickened. Exine c. 1.6 um thick, sexine as thick as nexine. Exine finely reticulate, lumina about 1 um in diameter, columellae distinct.
