Diagnosis
Pollen grain single, large, sides convex. Biporate, pores large, 30 pm across, circular, collar indistinct. Exine c. 4 pm thick, sexine thicker than nexine; reticulate, reticulum thick, lumina 1 .6 pm in diameter. Columellae distinct, 1.5-2 um long. Dimensions. Length 34-46 um, breadth 35-57 um (2 specimens).
