- Diagnosis
- Leaf simple, asymmetrical, narrow elliptic; preserved size 12.3 x 5.4 cm, 6.0 x 5.4 cm, 7.0 x 3.5 cm and 5.5 x 3.5 cm; apex acute; base acute; margin entire; texture thick chartaceous; venation pinnate, eucamptodromous; primary vein single, prominent, almost straight, stout; secondary veins 12 to 13 pairs visible, 0.6 to 1.7 cm apart, alternate, unbranched, angle of divergence (60°–70°), moderate to wide acute, lower secondary veins are more acute than upper, uniformly curved up; intersecondary veins are present, simple, tertiary veins fine, angle of origin, RR, percurrent, straight to sinuous, branched, oblique in relation to midvein, predominantly alternate and close to distant.
